INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING THE SURVEY Please complete the survey during the last week of the institute, and preferably during the last 3 days. The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete. To be on the safe side, set aside 20 minutes. You will need to complete the survey in one session, because once you hit the SUBMIT button at the end of the survey, you will not be able to go back to add to or change your survey.
